We are a CAS group named LIFT that aims to raise awareness through social media platforms (Instagram & Tiktok), capturing interviews and videos on the life of the less fortunate around Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, we will also provide funding for basic necessities through tickets to events, bake sales, and food drives. We will also set up events, inviting students, parents, and adults to showcase our work, whilst encouraging them to contribute.
During the pandemic, our project will shift toward online methods. We will reach out to struggling families via ZaloConnect, set up interviews, and share their experiences on social media. Our aim during this time is to urge people to become more mindful of their surroundings and provide support in any way they can.
