Exciting news! The Co-curricular Activities program is back for the upcoming academic year of 2023/24. All the necessary information to get involved in these activities is provided below.
Registration for Season 1, which begins on September 05 and runs until November 03, will open on Thursday, August 24. Parents will have the opportunity to enroll their children in our Co-curricular Activities program during this period.
Introducing Schools Buddy - Simplifying the Sign-Up Process
We are thrilled to introduce Schoolsbuddy, an innovative online platform that will revolutionize how parents sign up for our co-curricular activities. Schoolsbuddy is designed to enhance communication, collaboration, and organization within our school community, making it easier for parents to access information about our programs.
One of the standout features of Schoolsbuddy is its ability to provide comprehensive information about Co-curricular Activities (CCAs). By logging in to their Schoolsbuddy accounts, parents can easily explore the wide range of CCAs available for their children this year.
Important Dates and Sign-Up Process
Sign-up for Co-curricular Activities will be open from 7:00 AM on August 24 to 11:00 AM on August 30, 2023.
Prior to signing up, we recommend reading the activity descriptions carefully for advanced preparation and to check for any payment requirements.
The sign-up process can be completed through our Schoolsbuddy platform. A step-by-step guide can be found here.

Preferences-Based Clubs and Activities Registration
To ensure a convenient and efficient selection process, a preferences-based selection system for Clubs and Activities has been implemented.
The Clubs and Activities Team, along with the IT team, will be available at the Primary Cafeteria area from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on August 23, 24, and 25 to assist with any inquiries or concerns related to Schoolsbuddy or the sign-up process.
Protocols for Student Safeguarding
To ensure students' safety, adherence to the following protocols is requested:
Notify Ms. Dieu Le (Emily) via dieule@ishcmc.edu.vn or asa@ishcmc.edu.vn in case of any ASA cancellations or absences.
Clubs and Activities will take place from 3:15 to 4:00 (or 4:15 PM). Please check the specific timing in your booking confirmation email. Parents/guardians should pick up their children from the Cafeteria area after the activities conclude as students cannot wait at the security gate.
If you need to pick up your child on a day when they normally take the school bus, please inform our bus manager via transport@ishcmc.edu.vn.
For Stingrays Pups (Learn 2 Swim) ONLY:
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising students from the end of school until the start of the session, in case the student is signed up for the later session at 3:45 PM. Unsupervised presence on campus is not allowed, and parents are responsible for their child's safety.
EE students must be accompanied by their parents/guardians throughout the lessons.

ASAs Fees and Payment Details
The payment period for ASAs is between September 05 and 12, 2023.

Payment by cash or credit card in person at the Accounting Department at the Primary Campus - 28 Vo Truong Toan Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

Please note that the fees are specified in the booking confirmation email.
