Dear ISHCMC Community,
As we conclude another successful academic year, we have much to celebrate and reflect upon. This year is particularly special as we mark the 30th anniversary of ISHCMC, a milestone that speaks to our long-standing commitment to educational excellence and community building.
Over the past three decades, ISHCMC has grown and evolved, consistently pioneering initiatives that set us apart. One of our cornerstone achievements is the development of Positive ISHCMC, our comprehensive Social-Emotional Learning Programme. This program is designed to equip our students with the skills needed to navigate the complexities of the modern world, fostering resilience, empathy, and self-awareness. Positive ISHCMC has become a model for SEL programs worldwide, demonstrating our dedication to holistic education.
Additionally, this year, we successfully created and implemented an articulated Behaviour Matrix. This matrix emphasizes responsible and positive behavior across all grade levels. By integrating restorative practices and positive discipline, the matrix serves as a guide for students and staff, promoting a respectful and supportive school environment.
Another significant milestone is our commitment to equity and inclusion. Our Equity Statements reaffirm our dedication to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable learning environment for all students. These statements are not just words but a call to action, influencing our policies, curriculum, and community interactions.
As we celebrate these achievements, we are reminded of the collective effort and dedication of our entire community. Teachers, students, parents, and staff have all played a vital role in making ISHCMC the vibrant and nurturing institution it is today. We look forward to continuing this journey together, building on our successes, and embracing the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
