The ISHCMC Stingrays showcased their prowess in the pool at the recent International School of Bangkok's swim invitational, leaving an indelible mark on the competition. With 44 dedicated swimmers representing the Stingrays, the team's collective efforts propelled them to a commendable 3rd place finish overall.
Leading the charge was team captain Kennedy (Grade 11), whose remarkable comeback following an injury served as a source of inspiration for the entire squad. Alongside Kennedy, upperclassmen Namyoon (Grade 10), Enna (Grade 10), and Amanda (Grade 10) displayed exemplary skill and
determination throughout the meet.
A standout performance came from the 9-10 age group, with both boys and girls securing 2nd place finishes, highlighting the depth of talent within the Stingrays' ranks.
The dedication and hard work of each Stingray were evident as they pushed their limits, resulting in numerous personal bests and an impressive medal haul. In total, the team brought home 6 golds, 25 silvers, and 16 bronze medals across individual events and relays, a testament to their commitment to excellence.
The ISHCMC Stingrays extend their gratitude to the International School of Bangkok for hosting a memorable event, and they proudly carry the spirit of #StingrayPride wherever they go.
