As the final IB examinations approach, we are excited to celebrate the Class of 2025 at ISHCMC. The end of this chapter marks a significant milestone, and we are preparing several events to honor our senior students as they embark on their next adventures. We would like to invite Grade 12 Parents to our series of celebration.
Please find below the key details for the Last Day of Grade 12, Graduation Ceremony, and Graduation Dinner. Kindly read through the information carefully and follow the instructions to register for the events.
1. LAST DAY OF GRADE 12
We are pleased to invite all Grade 12 parents to join us for The Last Day of Grade 12 on Friday, 18 April 2025, a special occasion filled with traditions and celebrations. One of the highlights is the “Clap Out” Tradition, where the entire school community comes together to celebrate the achievements of the graduating class. The day also includes a final assembly, followed by a Lunch Celebration for families.

Note: The event is open to all Grade 12 students and their parents, so advance registration is not required.
2. GRADUATION CEREMONY 2025
We are delighted to invite you to the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025! This special occasion will be held on Saturday, 7 June 2025, from 16:00 to 18:00, at the Saigon Opera House (7 Cong Truong Lam Son, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
* Note: All guests are required to arrive before 16:00, as this is the scheduled start time of the Graduation Ceremony. The suggested arrival time is 15:30. Guests arriving after 16:00 will be asked to wait until 16:30 before being allowed entry into the Opera House. Please note, we will not interrupt the procession of graduates (16:00 - 16:30) for late arrivals.

Important Ticket Information:
Families can reserve a maximum of 4 tickets (excluding graduates) for the ceremony.
Additional ticket requests will be considered based on availability. All families must complete the registration form before requesting extra tickets.
Please note that tickets for the Graduation Ceremony are free of charge, and there are no additional fees required.

3. GRADUATION DINNER (Hosted by Grade 12 Parents)
Our Grade 12 parents are hosting a Graduation Dinner to celebrate together as a community. We invite all families and graduates to join us for this special evening! Additionally, there will be no limit on the number of tickets available per family for this event.

Tickets for the dinner will be available for purchase starting Tuesday, 1 April 2025. A special early bird pricing is available, with the following ticket options and prices:
