New Parents Workshop: Introduction to MAP Testing for Grades 3 - 10

Students from Grades 3 - 10 will be completing MAP testing in the coming weeks. MAP, or the Measure of Academic Progress is a computerized adaptive test that helps us make informed decisions that promote a student's academic growth. MAP tests occur twice a year to track student progress.

If you are new to the school or simply need a refresher you are invited to join our upcoming workshop “Introduction to MAP testing”:

Time: Tuesday, August 27 at 6 PM

Location: Secondary Campus (1 Xuan Thuy St., Thao Dien, Thu Duc City, HCMC) | MPR (3rd floor - Room 318/319).

MAP tests adjust based on your child’s ability, so each child’s test will be unique. This gives every child a fair opportunity to show what they can do. MAP testing does not require any revision or studying beforehand. However, if your child would like to familiarize themselves with the format of the test they can try a practice on the link below:

They will need to select ‘Try the Practice Test’

Username: grow

Password: grow

Your child can then select the grade and the type of test that they would like to practice.

We ask your help in ensuring your child has had a good night’s sleep and breakfast before school and is on time so they do not miss any scheduled tests.
