The purpose of this notice is to inform you that phase 1 for the Primary After School Activities (ASAs) Is now closed and Phase 2 has now opened. Please find further information on what this means below:
Phase 1 Stage Closed
Do note if you received a booking confirmation from Meettheteacher earlier today, October 18th at 11:00 AM, this means that those preferences are confirmed.
If you happened to receive an email before that time, please disregard as this will be an error from the system and we do accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please assume that your child(ren) was not assigned a place in any of their three preferred clubs.
Phase 2 Stage Opened
Phase 2 is the Immediate booking mode (first come first serve) and is now open. This stage will now be open from 01:00 PM 18th October 2022 to 01:00 PM 21st October 2022. To book please use the MeettheTeacher system.
This phase serves parents who have not received any confirmation from the MeettheTeacher system on successful ASA placement, and for other parents who wish to book additional clubs for their children. Booking for this phase is on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Parents will receive confirmation of successful sign-ups immediately. The booking time will be closed at 1:00PM, 21st October 2022.
