All good things come to an end!
We would like to inform you that the current PTO Executive Board will be stepping down at the end of the year. This is as per the PTO’s constitution whereby once a term comes to an end, the current PTO Executive Board steps down to make space for a new fresh board.
In the next few weeks, we will host elections for the PTO Executive Board which will be open to any parent who is energized, interested in engaging with our parents and empowering our community. As a first step, we have revisited our constitution to make sure the incoming board can start off on the right foot.
During the pandemic, the PTO has experienced some incredible times, a time that needed a lot of adapting to new circumstances in which we were operating. This resulted in some new PTO events, some old ones reinvented, and some left behind. As we prepare to hand over to a new fresh executive committee, we have renewed the constitution to emphasize the home & school partnership and reflect the current environment at ISHCMC.
We would like to invite you to read through the current constitution and the proposed new constitution, and then vote to adopt the new version via this link. Please join us at a special general meeting, held on Wednesday the 23rd of November at 8:30am at ISHCMC Primary Campus, Primary Meeting Room.

We would like to thank the parent community for the amazing support and love that you have shown us. We are very proud of what we have accomplished in the last 2,5 years and we couldn’t have done this without you, the volunteers, class representatives, country representatives and everyone pitchining in however big or small.
