Rhino Academy, a series of classes designed exclusively for parents, is back for the new school year! Rhino Academy, offering a diverse range of classes and workshops specifically tailored to our parent community. The workshops cater to a wide variety of interests and passions and will run from September 11th to November 3rd.
Rhino Academy's programs are delivered by ISHCMC's talented and dedicated parents who enjoy sharing their passions with other parents. With Rhino Academy, parents have the chance to join a close-knit community of like-minded people, where they can develop their hobbies and abilities, supporting personal growth.
This term, 7 classes are on offer which include:
Intro to Chinese Language
Intro to French Language
Healthy Recipes with Romina
Intro to Latin Dance
Zumba with KenZ
Parents - Kids Baseball
Parents with Positive Discipline Workshop Series (4-10 year old children)
The academy’s primary goal is to build a strong and distinctive community, where parents have the opportunity to continuously enhance their knowledge and abilities throughout the year. "It's fantastic to witness our parents sharing their talents in the community," expresses Ms. Mayu, the enthusiastic coordinator of Rhino Academy. Rhino Academy also offers parents a great networking opportunity. It's a chance to make friends, support, and share knowledge with other parents.
A participant who engaged in the Parenting with Positive Discipline class at Rhino Academy last year conveyed, "I found the class to be incredibly valuable." Equipped with insights for effective parenting, the mother was able to cultivate a stronger and more enriching connection with her daughter.
