It has been impressive to see the swimmers being engaged during online training sessions. The swimmers are challenging themselves with more complex sessions and with the restrictions lessening, some of our swimmers have been able to dip their toes in a pool or even complete one of Coaches’ training sets in the water!
Since HCMC has gradually lifted some restrictions, the aquatics department along with the school facilities has started the task of getting our pools in both campuses ready. Meanwhile, we will continue on with more online sessions and provide guidance for training sets as we head into November.
