In accordance with the Department of Education and Training's (DOET) annual requirement for student data compilation (directives in. 1230/QD-SGDDT & n. 2834/SGDDT-KHTC), it is essential for us to collect and maintain accurate information regarding student national ID cards.
To comply with this directive, we kindly request that you update your child's Student Citizen ID in the PowerSchool system.
This action is crucial for us to meet the DOET's deadline by next Friday, June 7th. We understand that this request comes at short notice and sincerely appreciate your prompt cooperation in this matter.
To update your child's Student Citizen ID in PowerSchool, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Login to Parent Portal: https://ishcmc.powerschool.com/public
Step 2: On the left navigation, click on Forms.
Step 3: On the right side, click on Contact Update.
Step 4: Input information in the two fields: Citizen ID Card & Citizen ID Expiry Date.
Step 5: Click Submit to save the information.
