We hope your child(ren) had a fantastic first day at ISHCMC! We’re thrilled to officially welcome you to our ISHCMC community.
To help you stay connected and make the most of your experience, we’ve included some useful links and resources below.
Websites and Links
· RhinoHub is our school community website where you can get more information about the whole school life, events, and the school calendar.
· Contact information for faculty & staff members and other key contacts at the school.
· Links to services such as uniform shop, transportation, Global Cafe (lunch), nurse, and co-curriculars
· If you want to volunteer with our PTO (Parents-Teachers Organization) or ask them any questions about school life, please email pto@ishcmc.edu.vn.
IT Support and Systems
We have a lot of systems at school to navigate, so please reach out if you need extra support. The IT team will provide you with all login details to access the following so you can begin to use the following:
· Powerschool (our Whole School Information System)
· Seqta (the Learning Management System) for Secondary Campus. I would like to introduce the SEQTA Engage Family Guide which is available in both Vietnamese and English.
· MyCampusCard (Canteen) so you can top up your family account for the canteen. Student photo for student ID card - Please provide a photograph of your child (headshot on a light background is preferred) and it should be submitted via this LINK

Classroom and Country Representatives
We have parents who volunteer as "Classroom Reps" and "Country Reps" with whom you can connect for school purposes or to engage socially.
Class Reps manage the Parents' WhatsApp group for each class. We advise all parents in the family to join these as it is a space where parents can ask questions, discuss any subjects specific to their child’s grade, and learn about parent workshops and opportunities.

Lastly, the Community Engagement Team would like to invite you to our workshop on Monday, 12 August: “Navigating Online Platforms, Community Engagement & Events at ISHCMC”.
This session is designed to help parents and students get acclimated with the ISHCMC community and make the most out of your experience this school year.
PRIMARY: 8:30 - 10:00 AM | Primary Meeting Room
SECONDARY: 4:30 - 6:00 PM | MPR
What to Expect:
Meet our Country Liaisons: Minh Cao (VN), Mayu Murata (JP) & Elaine Lee (KR)
Getting Involved: Discover how you can actively participate in your child's academic life both inside and outside the classroom.
Online Systems: Gain a clear understanding of our online platforms and learn how to stay updated on your child's progress and assignments.
Resources and Services: Explore the various services and resources available to you as an ISHCMC community member, and learn how they can support you in staying informed and engaged.
Events and Activities: Get a preview of the exciting events and activities planned for the school year and understand how you and your child can be involved.
