Nancy Campbell
Nancy is originally from Vermont, USA and has taught in Italy and Kuwait. As an educator, her goal is to prepare her students for their future lives as global citizens. Nancy feels that students learn best when they are playing in a safe, engaging, and fun environment where teachers work to meet them where they are and build knowledge and skills with each child. She finds joy in making up different rhymes and chants which she encourages her students to participate in.

Kalina a passionate kindergarten teacher with a strong belief in creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. She has a unique talent for learning new languages and enjoys incorporating language learning activities into her lessons to promote cultural understanding. Additionally, she is passionate about yoga and its benefits for young children, incorporating mindfulness and movement to enhance focus and well-being in her lessons. Her love for traveling inspires her to bring the wonders of the world into the classroom, fostering curiosity and empathy. Paola began her teaching career with aspirations to inspire young learners to their fullest. She believes that children can and do communicate in 100 languages and is committed to honoring, understanding, and making space for every language. Paola has done extensive work around socio-emotional learning as a means to know each student from within as well as its importance in developing a strong sense of identity. She also places great intentionality in her interactions and teaching environment where she is committed to ensuring all her students are heard, respected, and feel safe.

Susan Bartley
Susan has worked in Canada, Oman, Ukraine, Bangladesh, China, Ghana and currently at ISHCMC for her 14th year. She has taught mostly Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 2 but has also worked throughout the primary age range. Susan is the grade level leader for Grade 2 and coaches table tennis. She enjoys drawing, painting, reading and travelling.

Sherri Ottowa
As a passionate educator, Sherri strives to create student-centred learning that is fun, engaging and nurtures curiosity. She loves guiding her pupils to that ‘aha’ moment and establishing a safe and supportive environment where they feel connected and valued.
With a particular interest in language acquisition, Sherri enjoys finding creative ways to enhance English learning and ignite the students' imagination through stories. Sherri has spent most of her career teaching children in Kindergarten to Grade 2 at schools in the UK, Czech Republic, Thailand, Malaysia, and Australia and is excited to now join the dynamic and vibrant ISHCMC family in Vietnam!
